Maya – Teen Horseback Rider

Maya and her horse, Connor haven’t been working together very long, but they have a fantastic connection.  I spent time with them as Maya prepped Connor for their training session together.  We had a walk around the beautiful property of Chris Delia Stables in north Burlington, before they went through their paces in the ring.  Competing in “A” circuit horse shows across Ontario puts a lot of demand on Maya as she heads into her last year of highschool, but when you love something as much as she does her time riding, you work hard to balance it out (some help from supportive parents goes a long way too!) This girl (and her horse) are going places!
